With this service, planning responsibility is shared, with EGC providing leadership to guide decisions, manage complexity, and ensure cohesion as the process unfolds.

Full Planning is designed for couples who want an experienced professional to take ownership of the planning process from start to finish. This service removes the burden of management while keeping clients informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
With this service, EGC assumes full leadership of the planning process — guiding all major decisions, managing complexity, and overseeing execution from start to finish.
Includes:
- Monthly planning calls from engagement through wedding day
- Strategic leadership across all planning phases

- Full execution leadership and on-site management

Inquiry & Qualification
Consultation & Alignment
Selected inquiries are invited to a consultation. This conversation is focused on vision, expectations, and how we would lead the planning process. Following the consultation, clients receive a customized proposal outlining services, investment, and next steps.
Contract & Retainer
Clients officially secure their date by signing a contract and submitting the required retainer. Once complete, onboarding begins, and planning moves forward with clarity, structure, and calm leadership.
